From humble beginnings

We have over 30 years of extensive knowledge and experience when assembling all pool table makes and models, and of course - we guarantee our work.

The Pool Table Doctor was originally founded in 1994 by Grant Twilley as a pool table repair, moving, and installation company which also included a vending route that supplied several bars and restaurants with gaming equipment throughout the state of Iowa.

Grant’s extensive knowledge of the billiard industry came from when he ran a high-volume service department for “The Rec Room” in Des Moines, Iowa.

For several years, he was responsible for training dozens of billiard technicians and overseeing thousands of pool tables and gaming installations, all while keeping up with the company’s day-to-day service department needs with remarkable success!

Fast forward to 2024

Today, The Pool Table Doctor operates as a multi-regional pool table service company providing premium quality billiard services of all aspects to commercial and residential customers alike. In 2003, Pooltablestore.com was founded to service customers with billiard products and pool tables that can be shipped and serviced throughout the U.S.

The Pool Table Doctor has seen many changes since we first opened. Since then, our business has had many upgrades, including a new showroom, a dedicated repair center, and a team of experts trained to service billiard tables across Central Florida. From club houses to private homes, we can service your pool table anywhere, anytime.
